All my books were written and published during my bohemian epoch (2020-2022). It all started with the COVID pandemic. Playing the game ‘Cadavre Exquis’ with my old friend Carlos Herrera and through WhatsApp messages (as he was in Málaga and I was in Edinburgh),  we wrote the story of  “La Ratoncita Salomé” to amuse his daughter, who shares her name with the protagonist. We also published it as audio-book in YouTube for any child to enjoy it. 

The following were Las Aventuras de  Mateo and Las Aventuras de Carmen. Also written for the children of a friend.

Both stories narrate the same encounter but from the perspective of each of the characters: Mateo, the dog and Carmen, the cat. The covid theme is also represented. 

In the picture book  Mi Amiga Paulina , José Luis appears for the first time, a boy who likes animals and is fascinated by space and the stars.  La Isla del Observatorio  shows the young José Luis at his first job as an astronomer at an observatory located on a small island. José Luis is accompanied by Logan, a pet explorer robot who will be the main protagonist of story Logan y el Gingo Biloba (English verson also available: Logan and The Ginkgo Biloba.

Poquina La Coquina is an ilustrated poem for the little ones. It tells us about Poquina, a friendly and humble coquina that lives under the sand on a beach on the Costa del Sol. The simplicity of the text and the evocative drawings immerse us in the daily life of the little coquina, conveying to children the concepts of love and respect for animals and nature.
